These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Services
Registry Weddings Whitsundays provides wedding celebrant services in Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays region. This includes the provision of a fully qualified and experienced celebrant, the legal and solemnisation of the marriage and the registration of the marriage. We also provide guidance on the change of name after the ceremony.
Payment
Our wedding celebrant services are provided at a cost of $660 inc GST. Payment must be made in full prior to the ceremony taking place. We accept payment by credit card, debit card and bank transfer.
Availability
Our services are available for legal ceremonies only, which can take place in Airlie Beach or mainland surrounding suburbs only. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the ceremony, you will be entitled to a refund less an administration fee of $100. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the ceremony, no refund will be given.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of our website or services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your use of our website or services or your breach of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised terms and conditions on our website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
